This Horoscope below (displayed 4th July 1776 5.10pm LMT, known as ‘Sagittarius Rising Horoscope of United States’) for the USA was first presented by Ebenezer Sibly (1751-1799), English astrologer, physician and herbalist. As stated it is based on eyewitness accounts of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

Anyway, some people think that  the exact time was carefully chosen – that Benjamin Franklin who believed in astrology, and the many other masonic founding fathers such as Washington and Jefferson were following an elected time.
